CRYPTIC MAGAZINE is an international publisher whom bought the rights of all artwork, stories and characters belonging to the once world famous Dead Dog Comics.
In the Spring of 2006. Now as an incorporated magazine, we are currently carried by Barnes & Nobel, B. Dalton, Walden Books, Borders, as well as most newstands and comic shops, etc.
CRYPTIC MAGAZINE published its first two issue via this comic publisher and then grew beyond the realm of the comic publication. The comic publisher could not afford to carry out the long term needs of such a magazine. However during its peak of publishing with titles like, Books of the Dead: Devilhead , Day of the Dead: The Rising of Bub (a brillant parallel story told within the realms of the original that would make an ingenious sequal in film). as well as projects like 68, By Kidwell, Jones & Fotos (which we decided to publish under our dear friends and fellow publisher Image Comics).
We at CRYPTIC MAGAZINE bought up what ever DDC&E owned in properties, charters, stories and such including license or comics adaption rights and projects and is now self standing as CRYPTIC MAGAZINE INC. and is also part of CRYPTIC TV INC. A.R.R.2006 & 2007.
