In this issue we bring into focus a legendary director and his classic movie "Deep Red, The Hatchet Murders". Dario Argento's movie sets the tone right from the beginning and never lets up until the end. Argento is sometimes referred to as the Italian Alfred Hitchcock. Deep Red has some of the most gruesome murders in all of film, yet Argento tried to enforce to his audience that there did not need to be gore in order to drive a horror film. To read more click here
